Joe Santiago – Realtor® | Veteran Specialist | Lending Expert | Coeur d’Alene Local


Seven years ago, my family and I made the life-changing decision to move from Hawaii to Coeur d’Alene — drawn by the area’s breathtaking beauty, vibrant lifestyle, and strong sense of community. We quickly fell in love with CDA, and it’s been home ever since.


My journey in real estate began behind the lens — photographing everything from residential homes and commercial spaces to vacation rentals and Airbnbs. That experience gave me a unique eye for detail and design, and inspired me to take the next step in my personal and professional development: becoming a Realtor.


With nearly a decade of service in the U.S. Army, a background as a general contractor, and over five years as a licensed loan officer, I bring a full-spectrum understanding of the home buying and selling process. I’m currently reactivating my lending license so I can continue to help clients navigate financing with confidence — especially those using VA loans.


My family and I are deeply involved in local outreach through our church, and giving back to the Coeur d’Alene community is one of our greatest joys.
